Now we'll have to look forward to them, perhaps, being spoilers for teams like Atlanta.

They seem to be improving, then "bam" they don't show up to play.

I think putting too much blame on the defense, as bad as it is, isn't right. Drew didn't have his historical accuracy, and when he did, the ball was shooting straight through Jimmy Graham's hands. You keep handing the ball back to Manning, and you're going to get cooked on a spit.

Offense had a terrible day and give the Bronco's defense credit where it's due. But the bottom line is and doesn't look likely to change soon.....we don't score 40, we don't win. This defense is not only statistically the worst ever to step on a field, it looks like it too. It's pathetic to watch the lack of effort, the lack of execution and the lack of desire to adapt to teams steam rolling it over and over. They are broken men and the end is not near.

either the defense has our playbook or our recievers can't get out of there own way. drew had plenty of time to get on rythum, there was sheet coverage on our recievers. its a common sight everytime we come across a team that has decent corners and at least one good defensive end. thats why i agree we will be dominant one week and horrific another. and i mentioned nothing about our pourous defensive. getting better will be a flip of a coin. everything goes for positive yards no matter if we hit them in the backfield or at the line of scrimmige our defense just falls back with the force of a runner. there may be to much baggage in some minds to produce how they are paid to do. theres just no intensity.
