Whatever happens I just hope it is painless and not some last second missed field goal on our part. We have been through enough already.

Once again, now how big is the endzone catch for Seattle vs Green Bay where the replacements refs blew that call

Re: Don't count the Saints out. Here's why...
Its not Seattle thats our concern now. But if Seattle loses to Arizona, then they could lose to SF or St.L. The rams haven't lost a division game all year believe it or not and Jeff Fisher can outcoach Pete Carroll. But if Seattle loses to SF, they will beat St.L as they have b2b home division games. The rams are not going 9-7. They have five wins now and have to go to Buffalo, Tampa Bay, and Seattle. I don't think they beat the bucs nor can they win back to back road games. But its still possible however for Seattle to lose to Arizona and SF/St.L.
On the flip side, our biggest concern is the NFC East. Believe it or not the redskins winning tonight may not be a big deal. Because if they win they would win the division but giants would end up with second in the east. If giants beat falcons and lose to ravens they will have the conference tie break. If other way around then we'd get in. But if giants lose to us, they're gonna take it out on the falcons and falcons are not capable of beating giants anyways(the giants run the ball and have a better managing qb). But I'm calling it, eagles win week 17. So giants winning tonight means Dallas will just end up taking it last game anyways and then we're out basically. Redskins winning tonight is actually the better idea. Giants will not care about winning the division if they are already in. We'd be screwed either way if they win against either the redskins or eagles and not both. Now keep an eye on Green Bay, they have only blown out the texans and rams all year and almost lost to Jacksonville. They are not playing flawless football and I have been watching a lot of redzone to notice this. |

Re: Don't count the Saints out. Here's why...
Okay maybe Seattle is still a big concern. I just don't trust the bengals to win at home against Dallas which gives them 8 wins before the last week at redskins where if redskins are out Dallas can win that to go 9-7. But would you rather giants rest their starters against eagles and let Dallas win the division or lose to the redskins and have the eagles finish them off? Vince Young was able to beat the giants last year. Eagles own them pretty much. Eli also hasnt won at home against them in four straight. Bottom line, I don't trust NFC teams to help us out.
Truthfully, we're probably done but if God plays a hand in sports, I truly believe the falcons will not win in the superdome. We can't be the bad guys with all the rappers that are from Atlanta and the falcons team slogan is derived from a rap song. |

Re: Don't count the Saints out. Here's why...
Seattle and us winning out is our only concern. They have to lose 2 and I sure thought the bears were going to be 1. I sure hope Buffalo can beat them because I don't believe the cards can without a QB. Maybe the rams might do it but it will have to be on defense cause they ain't scoring many points. I do believe the niners will beat them but we will need another nfc team to beat them. Right now they only have 4 nfc loses while we have 5. If their loses come from Buffalo and 9ers they might win tie breakers.
