Adding extra Thursday short week games and wanting to expand to an 18 game schedule is fine for safety but they want to change to this stupidity? Completely changes the "integrity" of the game that idiot so proudly spouts about retaining.

In a couple more years this game will be unwatchable. It's the wussification of Men and America making it's way to the football field. The whiney pansies won't be happy until Soccer is our national pastime. If you want to play football sign a waiver and be done with it.

Goodell complains that HDTV and hi def, is doing harm to the idea of people wanting to go to the actual games
Then he wants to take away one of the best opportunities for fans to stand up, get out your seat and make a little noise, yell your head off with all your fellow fans in the 60-70,000 seats around you. The one moment where cheap seats and 50-yard line luxury seats are equalized and all the same. The one thing you can't do at home in front of a big screen? Does not compute The guy is clueless! |
