These wrods have screwed Goodell and I think has left the NFL open to all sorts of claims further down the line.

Tag echoed what I have been saying and why this was all wrong.. it was systemic... back to the days when Tag was the Commish. You dont punish ONE team for all of that... You publicly release a statement to ALL teams and players granting amnesty for everything until that announcement, and moving forward they will be punished heavily.
