JT's 2 INT's???
JT was running for his life the second he stepped in the game (we were on our third string line at that point). The first pick I honestly don\'t remember, but the second one was only a little off and it looked like Pass Interference to me.
He looked ok, but he definitely needs more time on the field. The announcers here in Wisconsin noted that he reminded them a bit of Farve (that was said AFTER the first interception - they laughed that Farve thrown a few of those himself). I don\'t think JT looked great at that point, but that is pretty high praise from people in this market! |

JT's 2 INT's???
The first INT was a bad decision. GB came on the blitz (once again our OL seeming to not even TRY to pick it up) and were in his face immediately. The play was a screen to begin with, and JT just sort of lobbed the ball into the general area of the back while he back-pedaled furiously. Ball went right into the hands of GB (number 91 - can\'t remembers his name).
Second INT was great coverage. The GB corner (Thomas, I think) and our WR both went for the ball. The corner just wanted it more and managed to out-strength the receiver and come up with it. JT didn\'t look that bad, though he made some ugly throws. The bottom line is he got no protection at all (for that matter none of our OL has done very well in protection this year - so far). JT, Bouman and Brooks all were scrambling for their lives from the beginning. Almost every pass I saw us make was under extreme pressure - OL is a problem for us, it seems to me. |
