Odd quote from Horn on Brooks?

"I'm disappointed but not enough to act like we just lost a playoff game," said wide receiver Joe Horn, who dropped two passes. "Yeah, you're supposed to catch balls. I didn't try to drop them, trust me. It's not like I lined up and said, 'Let me drop these balls because Aaron's throwing 'em.' But it happened. We just have to be more focused in practice and catch more balls against Chicago.

I find that comment a bit suspicious. Anyone else read something into this quote?
