Ilike it, but I'd move Cam to RDE, Bunkley to NT and Hicks to LDE.

I like Tez at JACK for now, but I see him moving inside eventually when we sign/draft that edge rusher.

I think we'll end up putting Lofton and Tez in the middle, with Hawthorn and a player TBD on the outside.

I'm not sure there's an ideal spot for Junior in this scheme, except as a situational OLB with Tez on the other side in our 3-4 pass package.

I think that Galette would be a good-great OLB. He seems more fit as an OLB than he does a DE.

Pass coverage is a must for the OLB's. I just don't know if he's got the pass coverage skills to excell there.

I wonder though, now that we've gone to a 3-4 if he'll stop trying to put on weight (apparently difficult for him) and perhaps drop some weight in order to increase his agility and play that outside spot?
