Re: Are New Orleans Saints interested in Romeo Crennel?
Crennel would be my #1 choice for DC for 3 reasons.
1) He is a good person. Players and fans will love him. 2) He has extensive experience implementing the 3-4 defense and has a very credible resume as a DC. 3) He has been through teams that changed from a 4-3 to a 3-4 which to me is key. It's one thing to run the scheme, it's quite another to teach it where it hasn't been played by most holdover players and to fast track it's effectiveness. |

Romeo or Lovie both are good a D coordinator so anything less won't get us a top 10 D

A top ten D would be pretty cool.... |
