Trade down?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Not sure how much value there is in trading down. 15 is no man's land. Expensive players but not elite at that position. 2 second round picks would be a stretch....

Trading down will likely only net us a late rounder or moving up in later rounds. Maybe a swap, we get someone's 2nd but have to give them our 3rd, etc etc... Draft picks are cheap and we'll be bumping the cap for several more years . We absolutely have to start drafting better. Free-agents are too expensive. We need cheaper talent... you get that in THE DRAFT!!!! |
