Honestly, I would like to get Derek Mason from Stanford. He coaches in a league that knows nothing but offense, and has been able to shut most of those teams down with consistency. Stanford Offense was nothing to get excited about after Andrew Luck left, but their defense kept them relevant. And he has been able to accomplish this with far less than SEC caliber talent, from what I can see.

But with all that said, I think he'll be looking for a head coaching gig, and he'll probably get it very soon, most likely at the college level. Don't expect Sean to go after him, for that very reason.

I'm not particularly tickled by any of the other names that have been mentioned.
