Grantham hasn't really been THAT successful in UGA. Had he fielded a high-ranked defense at Miss St., ok.. but UGA, while no LSU or Alabama in the recruiting dept, still has better prospects that many in the SEC, let alone college football in general. There is a lot of talent in that UGA defense, and it is easier to work with talent than without; and according to some, the Saints have no talent at D, so why would you bring a guy like that? BTW, I am with you on Crennel. |
