I just hope he use the players he has right.

accept the facts as they are.
we are not ready to be a 34 defense.
tinker with the roster and evaluate the players
but by no means do you go 100% 34 defense this year
bounce in out of 34 to a 43 till players prove they can adapt to it.

the defense can only improve and the fact we are going back to attacking vs containment is the right first step.

The reason i think we struggle with tackling every year is because of how many non contact drills they run in training camp, SP is always saying they are in pads but its not live tackling to stop injuries

Well at this point i think its time to throw the risk of injuries out the window, we need to learn how to tackle and you can tell the players havent practiced it because we learn to tackle about week 5 of the season when its too late
