News from Seattle....
This town is really upbeat about the upcoming season. The new stadium, the record last year, and the apparrent high confidence level of the team are going to make this a tough one for my beloved Saints. I went to the game last year and it honestly looked like they were stunned by a Seahawk team that hit 'em in the mouth early. (They still show the play where Donte Stallworth got smacked down hard on a route over the middle in their video highlights commercials). It may be a big advantage that they are in our house this year. It needs to be loud and angry at the dome. It's payback time for the hurting they put on us last year. That game really set the tone for an abysmal 1-4 start. Not to mention the injuries suffered. Shawn Alexander will NEED to be bottled up and sent packing, and the timing of their pass routes will have to be disrupted with VERY physical play. My hope is that Hasselback ain't no Joe Montana or Brett Favre, and he will not be able to endure what I think is an outstanding group of disruptive pass rushers.
