I believe in Ingram. I think he can shoulder the load and make a difference. I'd take him over Ivory right now. I like Ivory but Ingram is the future IMO.

Say it ain't so!
Give me Ivory, ya'll can have Inchgram.
Ivory makes a decision, an NFL decision, and gets what he can.
Ingram looks like he's got his eyes closed, running up the backs of blockers.
We need at least one punisher. Somebody that makes DB's lose a step.
We will miss Ivory if he slips away.

You can't deny that Ingram got better as the season went on though, and ironically enough all of our RB's couldnt gain yardage until the week that Kromer went back to O line coach and vitt took over
No one can say that Ingram isn't a hard runner, plus he's more durable than ivory

Ingram would do better if the same play wasn't called everytime he gets on the field. He needs to get given the chance to catch out the backfield and run different routes than straight up the middle.Whenever he comes on,teams move up and stack the box.A bit of variation would stop that.I do think he needs more carries to get himself into the game.I still have faith in him but would trade him got a second round pick.

Sigh. If only the season were eight games long with a three week break between game four and game five....

Yeah Ivory is a beast but I don't think we need 4 backs anymore, and if hes not getting on the field or he's injured constantly then he's wasting a roster spot for a much needed defensive player

Ivory is a hell of an RB, around mid way through last season Mark Ingram showed that he could go toe to toe with ivorys performance and ran with more purpose, Ingram is the future and as much Fun as Ivory is to watch, you get those 5-6 amazing plays and then 2 weeks on the sideline

I dont see Ingram as the "Future" he hasnt proven a damn thing...this is the last year IM giving Ingram because avg 3 yac 3-5 \tds's and 600 yards not going to cut it Reggie produced more than that (Overall)

Ingram is coming along and is durable, i for one prefer the durable back compared to the amazing play then injured type that ivory is

Because ingram isnt getting HIT! he goes three yards then goes down playing like that he'll be around forever
