this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Frankly, I\'d rather see them use the draft picks in trades to get young, but somewhat expereinced and successful player. Draft picks take at least 2 to three years to show real results IN MOST CASES. That\'s eons in NFL ...

Frankly, I\'d rather see them use the draft picks in trades to get young, but somewhat expereinced and successful player. Draft picks take at least 2 to three years to show real results IN MOST CASES. That\'s eons in NFL time. The Saints have two more good years to take a shot at the Super Bowl before things get dicey. They need to go out and pick up some free agents. Keith Brookings, Takeo Spikes, Peter Boulware, etc.
