John Abraham may visit Saints
Former Falcons defensive end John Abraham currently is touring a couple of West Coast teams, the Seahawks and the 49ers.
Next, Abraham will head in the opposition direction. The potential destinations include either the Titans or the Saints. Titans, Saints could be next for Abraham | ProFootballTalk |
Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
My opinion, major upgrade over Will Smith. Didn't he play 3-4 with the Jets?

Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
Id prefer to go with younger players, unless we get him for vet minimum and release will smith

Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
I'm not to sure on this one. Wasn't he dropped by the failcons? I team that should be a major hazard sign, plus he will want a big contract, and I doubt we could afford it.
For what we would pay for him, I'd rather bring in Dashon Goldson, and Ed Reed. We don't need an overhyped defensive player. We need a hungry one, who is ready to show what he can do. |
Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
HORRIBLE Idea!!!
He was brought in specifically to rush Drew Brees and he failed... Always hurt didn't play much. Bigger bust than Ingram... I don't want this guy |

Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
No thanks! I don't even see a reason why we would bring him in for a visit. Not a fit for our new 3-4 and old as hell... Even if he brought secret Falcons information with him I wouldn't want to waste the cap space.

Re: John Abraham may visit Saints
I'll bet Bushrod blocks him from visiting.
