Sean Payton on why Saints moved to 3-4 defense
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I didn't see the video, but running a 3-4 adds a couple more LB's and a couple less D-linemen to the roster. LB's are typically excellent special teams players. We certainly could use some ST upgrades....
