I'm not sure the Saints are interested in moving down, but if enough impact players fall to us at 15, you know they'll at least think about trading back with the confidence that they can still get a top player in the first, to go along with the extra pick they would acquire.![]()
Drafting a second round project at 15, whether it be Armstead or anyone else of similar value, is not smart. We can get an offensive tackle in the first round if that is deemed a greater need. But Armstead is strictly an "if he's still there" type of prospect in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. |
