I'm not against signing him to vet minimum but let's get real here. The only reason he has been in "talks" with the Saints is because no one else wants him. That's what we in the investigatory business call a "clue".

Please no. Liked him coming out of college...hated him since. .5 sacks in his last 31 starts has to be close to worst in the league for a starter. i dont think he would start on the scout team

The 0.5 sack means he accidentally fell on the quaterback and the guy that actually sacked him.

Why would anyone want him back... i don't get it.

He has got to be one of the worst DTs in the league, wait maybe that's why no one has given him a look. No other team has ever brought the guy in for a visit and we would accept him back lol.... consistently saw this guy getting pushed 6 yards back on every running play and i am sure he doesn't know what a QB looks like anymore.

What a joke!

If he gets brought back for any monetary compensation at all ill be disappointed.

There was proof Albert lacked heart. His lay down went viral. Teammates and media alike commented on it.

There's never been an issue like that with Ellis, ever. Ya'll are just making crap up.

Ugh...get us another half a sack in the next 31 games and you've got a whole sack in 62 games...we'll name a parade after you for that accomplishment.
