Like you said the scheme has changed, not the talent. Well using that philosophy the only talent changes will be via free-agent signings. With the additions of Lewis, Butler, Coleman and Leonhard there are probably 30 teams that haven't improved as much talent wise as we have so I'm not getting your point.
