I've learned years ago with scouting reports that they're extremely bi polar.

It is a great photo but at the same time... it's a little depressing seeing Vaccaro getting beat over the top for a touchdown.

I posted a scouting report on a player a few years ago that stated one of his strengths listed was the abilty to turn and run, and one of his weaknesses listed was that he struggled to turn and run.
