Re: My Brees football card collection
Very cool! I am a big card collector myself. Have quite a bit. It can be a lot of fun trying to keep up with everything that gets released.

Re: My Brees football card collection
Did alot of Collecting throughout the 90s.
Baseball, Football, and Basketball and had quite a collection. Unfortunately Katrina took it, but even today, their was literally nothing much there in terms of money. Cards in this era was worthless except about 3-4 key ones. I collected some cards out of the 80s and some of the early 80s had some good ones. I went to Pokemon in late 90s and I believe it has a far bigger return money wise than Sports cards. |

Re: My Brees football card collection
My collection consisted primarily of baseball cards but I did have quite a few football and basketball cards as well. I had a few Ken Griffey Jr. rookie cards, a Barry Bonds rookie card, Greg Maddux, Alex Rodriguez, among others... which all would fetch a pretty penny these days.
Funny you mention Pokemon cards. My friends little brother made a killing selling those things while in junior and senior high school. I couldn't have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. I on the other hand, branched out and collected some Magic cards... just to play though. |
