I think Nicks was a little pissed about not getting resigned and ran his mouth. Now, I don't sit back and wait or enjoy when and if a former player gets cut, injured or in Nicks' case; an infection.
Also; Tampa has already hired a company to come in and disinfect the whole building. |

Re: Former Saints Should Tread Lightly
MRSA is a serious deal and I'm not going to gloat or joke about it or say anything other than wishing Nicks and their kicker to get well. If Nicks got a parking ticket in front of his house in Tampa, or got benched for being out of shape, well that would be "KARMA," but this is much more serious.
I had a friend who got one of those infections, from a spider bite/hospital visit, and for about 12 hours at the worst of it, it was touch and go about whether he would even keep his arm. Scary and very difficult to treat. |

Re: Former Saints Should Tread Lightly
I don't really know what happened in our society that people celebrate injuries or illness. I can speculate that watching people die on tv and video games makes us numb to it.
I would hope that if it were more personal, people would truly hate it. Seeing it up close as opposed to tv might grab people's attention. I think that injuries don't seem real unless you're right there experiencing it. I appreciate all Saints past and present (I still have a problem with Joe Horn though.) Generally speaking, I don't wish suffering on anyone. |

Re: Former Saints Should Tread Lightly
Our old OL guys has bad luck with the MRSA. Its what destroyed LeCharles Bentleys knee. He would have been allright from the injury if not for the injury He almost lost his leg.
