Exactly what I was thinking. Meach already has worked with Brees so it would be better than bringing in a fresh face. Big strong WR maybe replacing our big strong wr.............

his short route running stinks and his mid level routes are almost as bad. he is nothing more than a tall Henderson.

even at the veteran minimum of $715,000 for a one trick pony i am still not excited.

I would rather see the money go else were, OLB maybe

If Meachem is the back door fill-in for Colston,
he's going to have to find some traffic hands.
Colston was really good in traffic, almost to a fault.
Brees would stretch him out, he would make the catch, AND take the lick.
Meach I'm not too sure about. Not really a hands catcher. He does the bread basket thing.
Way too easy to knock the ball loose when it's already loose and juggling around.
I hope Colston really isn't hanging by a thread.
