Yep, this is the concern for me also.

Why blitz? The Falcons sacked him 5 times, if we're getting pressure with a four man rush then the rest can be used to cover/contain when he tries to run

Intimidation factor. You can always back off later but early in the game it sets the tone. Especially if you can hit him a couple times. Get that adrenaline going.

What if the blitz doesn't get there and he hits a big pass or two? Then they put us on our heels fast, you only blitz if your Line isn't getting pressure
