I\'d say let Haz finish out the year. Its likely the palyers will quit on him soon, if they haven\'t already.
When that happens they\'ll be lucky to win 6 games and the new staff will have several high picks to use next year.
With the Redskins problems it looks like both our 2nds are going to be high. I don\'t remember which one we gave the Pack but it looks like it may not matter.

I know there are several potential coaches out there that would LOVE to inherit the talent on this team. Add a few of their own types and this team could easily avoid a rebuilding period, assuming they hire the right guy.

What are the odds that Venturi will stay on with the new staff?
