The receiver that is open on any given play! The diversity of the attack is precisely why it works. Key on Graham, go to Sproles. Key on Sproles, go to Colston. Double up both Graham and Sproles, look for Meachem or Stills over the top. Colston is so quiet you simply do not pay attention to the stats. 6 1000+ yard seasons. Brees/Colston is the most active QB/Receiver pair in TDs and completions in the league today and I believe now in the top 5 in NFL history. Colston would be a superstar on any other team. With 5000+ yards of passing and nearly 600 completions each season, there's more than enough balls for Brees to spread around. There's no need for a "Gimme the damn ball!" diva receiver on this squad. Why would you mess with an undefeated team with a top 5 offense? SFIAH |
Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO
Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |
