we looked like crap on both sides today, def got gashed the whole first half on runs, then pulled it together a lil...but still Drew looked off from the get go. That sucked

Re: These refs have it out for us.

I'm normally the last person who will talk about the refs after a loss, and I spent most of the game defending the calls or saying that its our job to win with what we are given...BUT I will say that with how close the game was, and the number of EGREGIOUS mistakes (the timeout being the worst), I can't help but factor the officiating into this loss. I think Tom Brady could have beaten us with or without their help, but it took a lot of the fun out of the game when the coaches' strategies were obviously perturbed by bad refs.

no we lost that game as a team. both sides of the ball played flat and uninspired as a whole. worse outing i have seen this year and yet they still could have won it.
I agree. The Saints lost this game more than the pats won it!

Don't even get me started on those inept refs. UGH. They started with a bang, banged it out the whole game, and ended it up with a bang! There are just no words.

Re: These refs have it out for us.

No one has truly seen how bad the officiating was.

This picture was captured on the last drive of the winning TD.

unless you got it out for someone, you just dont miss calls like this, its not 1 call, its several non complicated calls.

Folks, I'm pleased as punch that the Saints finally dropped one.

But let's take a look at Brady's pocket on the final play...

Last time I checked, chokeholds were frowned upon in the National Football league.
This pisses me off so bad.

How's it feel to be 1-4?

Re: These refs have it out for us.

I picked up the game right before half-time and I have never been one to shout about calls but there were some serious errors. Anyone could see the game was being called a certain way...the Jenkins hit WTF? What else is he suppose to do, grab him by then ankles....then there was a third down catch that hit the ground...come on, that one was not even funny. After that I shook my head just like Brees. Fine with it if that's how they want to roll but come playoff time they get beat down because that chicken-this won't be called.
