I gotta go with Bob Stoops or Steve Fisher. Love the way Stoops gets the most out of his player. Fisher is just a stud. Look at the injuries they have a WR and the loss of Kearse on the line. They dominated GB last night. I think he can do what Haz cant, be friendly with the players but get on them when nessacary. I would be a little weary about Stoops just because the doesnt have any NFL experience, but would love to see him get a chance.

Already stated my opinion but will repeat: Romeo Crennel from the World Champeen New England Patriots. He knows what it takes to win, is a brilliant defensive mind, and most importantly has been there before (and is fact in there now).
I\'d give up both #2 draft picks to get the guy on board right now. Let him work out the kinks in this already lost season and have a full offseason to be ready for next year. If we wait until February, after the Pats win it all again, then with the stunted free agency period, short time to the draft and the like, the team won\'t be ready next fall. Read his bio to see what kind of dominance his defenses have had. http://cachewww.patriots.com/team/in...chBio&bio=9766 It\'s his time, and the Saints should benefit from it. SFIAH |

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |

Romeo is my number one...
But I said Fisher earlier in the year... he was my conspiracy theory pick... Sure hope I\'m right. |

Here\'s an idea guys. How about Nick Saban? I don\'t want him to leave LSU, but if he is I\'d like to see him coach the Saints. It\'s obvious he can coach, he\'s won a championship, he knows how to motivate, coached under Belicheck, knows defense, recruits players like a madman, and preaches discipline, discipline, discipline. If he\'s gonna go, and I think everyone expects him to bolt to the NFL sometime, why not keep him instate. He\'d be a popular hire, so I think Benson would definitely want to give him a good look.

Saban isn\'t consistent enough.
Let\'s get Crennel, he\'s seems like the reason the Pats are so good and he\'s ready to run the show. [Edited on 13/10/2004 by BrooksMustGo] |

Just a thought, boot Loomis at the same time(he\'s a snake) and give the reins to Jimmy Johnson, or is old-time coaches an idea on the wane?
