What do you all do for work?
 

I often wonder what type of work everyone here does. Since we have a bye week (and could use a distraction from conspiracy theories) tell us what you do. Maybe we can create beneficial connection other than our common B&G bond.

Me? I'm a Director of Sales for a wine & spirits wholesaler in GA. So basically, I'm the one who's nursing all the sore Failclown fans.

I'm a Warehouse Manager that exports plastics, cotton and other commodities in Houston.

I work for a non-profit social organisation and I´m the head of the emergency phone service for the elderly. 6000 people have active emergency phones all over Austria and 25 people work in my department.

Currently furloughed for a 3 letter agency doing IT. Also in the Guard but about to retire in a few months.

Freelance journalist - mostly music, movie and restaurant reviews. Used to be a sportswriter, but doing freelance allows me to stay home with my son until he's old enough to go to school. Ex-USAF as well. I get around. LOL

Your sig, haha. True story, a few years ago I was working at a magazine. My desktop started making this high-pitched noise and then smoke started pouring out of its side.

I ran back to the IT guy, and was like "Hey I got a computer problem." He goes, "try rebooting it, see what happens", I'm like "no you don't understand, my computer is literally on fire."

He gives me this blank look and goes "So rebooting it didn't work?"

I sell transmission and transfer case parts, also do scrap iron & aluminum smelting. Nothing to exciting.

But on a serious note; I work for one of the worlds leading Facility Services companies. Currently I work on a optimization project in the cleaning field.

I am a legal assistant at a large law firm in Columbus. And, yes, I do have to work. I gave birth to Lance, didn't marry him. :-)
