Offense-Stallworth, replace w/ Devery Henderson, he doesn\'t know the routes, but hell, just send him deep.
Defense- any D-lineman, replace w/ my Grandma. She\'s very good at stopping runs in her stockings, maybe she can help out. |

Who would you bench this week?
Offense -
*IF Aaron Stecker is healthy RB- Deuce, but only for first series I know most will disagree... But here\'s my thinking, we make far too many mistakes on far too consistent of a basis. Send a mesage. Fumbles are unacceptable That beign said, AB would have been my number one answer... But since JT is now in Green Bay... There is no one who can replace him in the lineup. Defense To be honest... Does it really matter? But, I\'d pick the guy who has missed the most tackles this season. If it\'s Charles Grant... so be it. He sits. Rodney Leslie needs to play more. As does Steve Gleason. If he can block a punt... can he sack a QB off the edge. USE OUR ATHLETES Yes, these solutions are insane. I know I am benching the best players on the team. But If I was running the ship. I let everyone know who is in charge. If the ship goes down... I go down with it. But atleast I go my way. No more mental mistakes [Edited on 13/10/2004 by frankeefrank] |

Who would you bench this week?
o.k. I\'ll answer my own question because I like it so much.
Offense: Bench Victor Riley at right tackle, way too many mistakes, and start Spencer Folau, he started two years ago and did well. Defense: I would say Tebucky Jones, but since we\'re playing Moss this week, I wouldn\'t want to throw somebody to the wolves. I\'m going the easy route and benching James Allen for Sedrick Hodge. Allen hasn\'t done anything special with his chance at starting, and we\'ll see If Venturi makes Hodge cover Moss in man coverage, like the last time they played. |

START KARNEY AT FULLBACK AND ACTUALLY PLAY HIM. To heck with McCarthy\'s single back formation. They RUN better with a fullback. Great running game means eat up the clock. Eat up the clock Moss is off the field. Also, sit Boo for a game so maybe he\'ll get his head out of his ***.
As for defense, start McKenzie. He\'s played Moss a bunch, and he\'s our best chance. |

i think we sit Venturi and let jim call the plays.
and if jim is already calling the plays we sit him and ill call them. we sit Mcarthy on offense and let AB run the offense if it fails miserably we will certainly settler the debate on whether or not Brooks can qb this team or not. arent the vikes 31st agains the pass anyway? give him a shot. like i said, if he fails we let the new head coach deal with him this offseason. |
