Like I said. F you Brooks.

-- Why YES, we won the game, all because of that call. That
one play. You should feel wronged.

-- Also, YES, the League has a special love for the Saints & Drew Brees.
Remember the 2012 season?

Just watching my qb take a hit like that hurts and kinda scares me.. we need to protect him better. That was a close call

Ahmad Brooks of San Francisco 49ers fumes over flag on Drew Brees hit - ESPN

These whiny b****es seriously need to let it go. How can a sane person look at that and not see a an intent to injure and a VERY easy penalty call?

Man up, Harbaugh & Brooks. You two are embarrassing yourselves and all of humankind

I hope he keeps it up. I'm really enjoying his misery.

**** U Brooks, Drew was standing still and there was clear intent to injure. **** U Harbaugh for coaching that way and **** U Goodell for allowing the 49ers to play like that week in and out yet you suspend Payton for a season based on what a fired employee said

New here... a few thoughts on the brees hit

Hello everyone. I have been coming to this forum for a few years now for the insight, injury news, and I must say you guys are great! Anyway the brees hit. It warranted a flag, period, if this had happened to Kap harbaugh would want the league to investigate and wouldn't let it go.The interesting thing to me is how the niners continue to talk about it. It was not the LAST series of the game. Even after the penalty the niners could have stopped the saints, they didn't, they had the ball with 2min left, kap could've moved them down field and kicked a game winner, they didn't, again on the next series they could've stopped the saints again and possibly went to OT they didn't. My theory is that this is a smokescreen to take away from their offensive struggles and inability to stop the saints so they blame it on one play. I f they lose to the redskins next week the hit will seem like it happened last year and now one will even remember it.

It's high time they need to be exposed and the world needs to be aware of it, I hope they get fined and the fine gets considerable media attention. That is all. I saw it once, I don't ever want to look at the hit again. There should have been an ejection when the player contested the call and removed his helmet, but these refs were not the sharpest tacks in the drawer and let lots of things get out of control throughout the game. It was the right call. No question about it at all.

To me they are the dirtiest team in the NFL......no it's not the Saints.
Their coach is an arrogant arse hole and I can't wait for the story to break that Harbaugh is telling his players to take out certain players.
Although, Godhell would just burn the transcripts and say move on while trying to dig up dirt on the Saints.:brood:

You make some good points ... the Whiners were up 20-17 at that point and the fumble recovery after the hit would have hypothetically put the proverbial nail-in-the-coffin with 3:12 left. Giving the ball back to an explosive offense like the Saints is what frustrates the Whiners most, because everyone on the planet knew NO was gonna' win that game/score with the ball back ... hehehehe,.

So the dude who got away with murdering someone and then taking steroids so he could come back and play in the superbowl has aligned himself with an overrated mouth breather (who, arguably, only won the superbowl cause his coach video taped the other teams play calls) to say that Brooks was wrongfully accused of blatantly tomahawk chopping a star qb in the throat? Sorry, I'm not drinking the kool-aid.

Even if the initial contact was legal the continuation of the tackle is a clear cut foul. Watch Brooks' right hand and arm.

I don't know if this was posted but I feel like it's a pretty easy call to make from this view, which this is about where the refs view was when he threw the flag

Wow, look at him do that little flip at the end and really drive Drew's helmet down. I had not seen that view before.
