this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Yeah ... SloMo definitely shows just how intentional this was on Brooks' part. I wonder just how big the fine from Rog will be....

Something to take note of in the replay: he throws his arm AT Drew's neck/shoulder area first. Meaning, he was throwing it like he intended to hit whatever he could as hard as he could, outcome be damned.
