Sitting in B-Dubs watching Saints/Whiners, MIN/SEA, NYG/GB and whatever god-else they had on the 50-thousand screens throughout the place (volumes blaring so you couldn't understand any of 'em) made me think, once again, about getting NFL Network. It's the consistent, poor reviews I frequently see on here that save me that money. Gorging myself on chicken wings once/twice a week ain't that bad a deal,

If we lose we are still #1 in the NFC South and fall to 7-3. The loss by the 49ers puts them very deep in the tie braking scenario. They still have to go to play Seattle, go to Tampa bay.. Given the Panthers play tonight... a loss would have had us tied with them... Dont let who the networks bother you. Our performance and record speak for themselves. |

Re: NFL Network
It's not just the Saints. Seattle is 10-1, the NFC #1 seed, clearly the team to beat, and they don't talk about them either.
It's better discussion to talk about the NFC East where everyone is fighting for the best spot at .500. |

Sweetness from the ashes of yesteryear when we were the ones on the other side of these types of games. It's our time to bask in the goodness... greatness of our team.

Re: NFL Network
Does it matter we dnt get coverage.. there's more than enough coverage in the chat and in the threads. We dnt need the media hyping us up we do a better job than them anyway.

Re: NFL Network
I actually like Sanders and Irvin. I don't always agree with them and their lack of coverage of the saints but they don't sugar coat anything either. I remember early in the season when everyone was giving Tom Brady a pass for chewing out his receivers as well as his poor body language, you had deon and michael speak up and say you can't have that type of behavior from your team leader.
For that alone, I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. |

Re: NFL Network
The ANALysts on that network piss me off almost as much as BSPN does. Half of them are product of too many concussions, so they mumble through most of their segments. The other half are biased homers and never have anything positive to say except for the teams they used to play for. The only reason I even have NFLN is for Thursday Night Football, and the past few weeks have been just awful. When the Mr. and I go to Denver in December for the Chargers/Broncos game, I'm going to make an effort to find the TNF staff and tell them they all suck. (Except Marshall Faulk. I like him.)
