If you hadn't been there since 2005 you wouldn't recognize it at all.
I didn't know that, Thanks!!

As stated the state has already spent millions in renovations to update the dome and there are more renovations coming this offseason that will make the Dome as state of the art as any stadium out there.

Come on guys. We have a hard time winnnig outside up north late in the season. I dont have to look up the stats. It is what it is.

I do think we rise to the occasion next monday though. We'll be rested and theres a lot at stake.

We have won more games than most people think especially since Payton has been coach. Playoffs on the road is our only losing streak. We have won games up north or stadiums where it is open and in the 30's every year except 2012.
We've won in NY,Carolina, KC, Was, Cin and Ten during late November and December and the games were near freezing temperatures.

Well my friends it is freezing up here with a chance of snow next week so your Saints are going to need their Long Johns. I am not going to say much about who will win because these teams haven't seen each other in a while and the rosters have had quite a bit of addition and subtraction.

So given the difficulty of The Saints schedule, do you guys see this as a must win to get the 1 or 2 seed?

I will answer and say no. I still think you guys will have a fight with SF, NYG and ARZ. I think the Seahawks drop 1 of those for sure, if not two.

Our game is for #1 seed.

Unless we were to get swept by Carolina (and we will not lose that prime time game next Sunday night), I think the #2 seed belongs to the loser of MNF next week.

I see both our teams finishing 13-3, with the Seahawks losing to us and 49ers and the Saints losing @ Carolina

Alright, Reality Check Guy here again, Seahawks12th. The real answer is: Yes, unless you guys plan on melting down, we must beat you to get the #1 seed. #2 is attainable, as no one else is really close, except Carolina.

If we dont have the best record, I dont see anyone beating you, and we'll end
up back in whatever you call your stadium, if we're going to New York.

We, on the other hand face Carolina twice, who punked us both games last year. Ive never seen us contain Cam Newton, the best running back behind center in the NFL. And apparently, their defense is better than last year. Not to mention there's a lot of ugliness between us and the Panthers. They, like Atlanta, have zero problem getting motivated for us. Our homers will say, "We're so much more talented." Well so is Cher, but she cant cover Steve Smith.

The Rams knocked off the Colts in their House. The Bucs just knocked off the Lions. Anyone who thinks they're just going to roll over and play dead
for us probably has a good view of their own colon.

All that, and our Offense has gotten on track exactly once this season. (Dallas) The rest of our wins we're solid defense, with a few patchwork, put-together-with-bubble-gum offensive drives & assorted miracles. Much of the time, we look like stooges on offense. We have a nasty habit of getting stuffed in short yardage situations. (we're the only team you'll ever see PASS on 3rd & Goal from the 2 inch line) Drew Brees averages 2 decapitation hits per game, thanks to our very average O-line.

My fellow WhoDAts seem to have put their division crowns on prematurely, as
we still have to face Carolina, and then keep our jocks on straight vs. 3 other teams. Im not even sure we've clinched a place in the playoffs. So Yes, Seattle is a MUST- WIN to me. Its an early playoff game. Its early Christmas to a fan. Reality says Yall look like a tough mountain to climb.

And yet, we do have some very potent guns. If we ever get our dance steps
in order, if we ever get our sh** together, if we get our heads our of our ass and come in ready to rock, even if you're defense is on, even at home, even in the rain-- you're dead. Researchers have studied Drew Brees head. This, apparently is how he views the world:

Enjoy the fight. Lets play ball.

Re: "Saints can't win outdoors"

You can't blame them, we do play differently on the road than we do at home. It's undeniable that we are better at home than we are playing away. Now they would have you believe that we cannot win on the road at all, which is false. There is no team that plays better on the road than they do at home, its called an advantage for a reason. They need something to talk about all day and they really need something bad to say about the Saints so there you have it.
