It is 50 degrees (wind chill) and 99% humidity right here in New Orleans as I type this. The high on Wednesday here is going to be 48. So much for your bogus theory about one team being acclimated to it and the other not.

not too mention that it has been scientifically proven that the cold affects people physically(fine motor skills) the same no matter what.

Here at the RiverBend Uptown it's currently 46 degrees with 99% humidity, but it's not raining. The air chills me to the bone where I have to run the heater and wear layers of clothes, but it's humid. So it's like a hot and freezing sauna.

I'll take dry freezing climate any day of the week over cold, damp humid one.

You might think it's that way, you might want it to be that way, but you can't back that up with any facts. They have heaters on the sidelines, bro. Weather will be a factor for both teams.

There is no evidence to not support the theory either; I am not saying The Saints will lose because of it. To suggest just because the Bucs have had crappy teams that they should never win in those frigid conditions is also ridiculous according to your train of thought but they never could even Though they were in the NFC north all those years. Many chances to Beat the Bears and Packers. The snow will be a factor but not the weather for The Hawks. It will be in the 20's here with possible snow, big difference.

Breesy it is going to be.

Are the Seahawks even ready for Breesy?

I don't expect the weather to be a factor. A little rain won't make an appreciable difference in the outcome of the game.

Whichever team takes better care of the ball on offense and on special teams, and whichever team controls the LOS should win.

Like most games, this game will be decided in the trenches. Both QBs need time to deliver the ball down field and both QBs need a successful running game to take pressure off the other team's pass rush.

Should be a helluva game... and I'll be there to take it all in.

I bought tickets to attend only one game this year and this is the one that I chose back in September.

Whatever the weather

Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not
Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be hot
We'll weather the weather
Whatever the weather
Whether we like it or not.

Re: Monday forecast in Seattle...

In fact they did a study and from 2002-2006 when warm cities visited cold cities from week 1 to week 12 they won at an alarming 62% but from week 13 through week 17 warm weather teams won 20% of the time. So this is not a "Crock".

Those stats are based on cold weather teams playing against "dome teams" of which there are only 6. 6 out of 32, that's not a very valid sample. So in other words, you're reaching. We all know what is hard about playing in Seattle, Chicago, etc. Not sure why you think you're so special.
