Morestad had a very classy apology to Ginn on Twitter last night. It obviously was bothering him.

I don't think his fine, if any, will be higher than 15. He's a kicker (therefore not a skilled tackler) and it wasn't malicious, he just reached and grabbed whatever he touched..

According to the official 2013 NFL Fine Schedule the fine for a first offense facemask is $7,875 and it is against league rules for anyone other than the offender to pay the fine.
