Re: NFC Playoff worries
Again, like I said...I am watching them tackle, and they are getting instantly deep in the backfield on running plays, and on passing plays they are contesting the ball both at the point of passing and at the receiver on EVERY play....same as they did with us. It looks very familiar. I don't know why you can't admit they are a very good team, no matter what team they are playing against.

Re: NFC Playoff worries
I look at it like this: this game is Seattle's version of our Jets game...they are getting it done, outdoors, on the road, in a hostile environment, against a not very good team. Meanwhile against the Jets we floundered and flubbered and couldn't get anything going. If you don't want to see the parallel, you won't. Have we had a decisive win like this on the road, against ANY team, this year?

Re: NFC Playoff worries
The Bears came back and very nearly stole it away at the end....of the three not one of them were decided by more than one score. That's not decisive. That's called just barely eking by.
Seattle is about to go up 23-0 or 19-0 in the 4th quarter. That's decisive. |

Re: NFC Playoff worries
Ha ha. No thanks. I hate the Seahawks. I just don't eat the cheese is all. I'm sure we will suddenly flip a switch, and be able to magically score more than 34 points on the road in Seattle, when all year long we are averaging 18 points a game against only average teams. And then do it again in the wind and snow, against somebody else in the Super Bowl.

I mostly worry about Det and 49ers.. Carolina has been exposed the same should happen home or away and the eagles aren't a threat on d. I'm just taking it a game at a time.
