Thats why Drew is a leader. Yeah its a bit of good cop bad cop with Payton, but we need him this week.

Look I'm as big a Saints Fan as anyone but I'm also a realist. Chaes Brown is worse than garbage, he is a BUST. He will not be a part of the team next year, so I wont have to worry about it.

Being less predictable and running the ball more would help out the offensive line and the offense as a whole. When the ENTIRE world knows you're going to throw it 40+ times a game, it's not difficult for NFL defensive coaches and their players to scheme and produce against you.

Brown needs to stop getting beat and getting penalties.

I really think Drew is going to realize that he won't live to see the end of that contract without a major restructure in order to buy himself protection. I wouldn't mind seeing Ore at Lt where he played in college. He won't command too much.

play Armsted AND Brown on the left side...extra lineman 1 less WR/TE...imagine Armsted leading PT on a screen

Worth a try.

I really want to see Sean's play calling go all gunslinger -- where is the risk taking SP?! We need THAT GUY!!!

I think drastic personnel swaps at this point are too dangerous, but I wouldn't mind some philosophical play calling changes.

I think a hurry up 2 minute offense from start to finish would absolutely destroy our opponent.

Since they used to do the hurry up, and obviously don't do it anymore, I am assuming there is some reason they don't; I'd have to imagine by this point in the season they have tried it in practice and the coaches don't like what they see. Maybe some of our guys are too old and get gassed, I don't know,LOL. Seems like they don't even start running it until 2 minutes in the 4th, when they're down by 2 or more scores. I really have no idea why it isn't a staple of what we do this year. The Pats run it and it changes the tempo and keeps the D back on their heels.

Dude, could not agree with you more. This is why I would have taken a pay cut. I stay upright, get more W's, get more endorsements. He's still getting the endorsements, still winning, but man he is getting nailed. I guess he rolled the dice and took the sure thing but that's me. My body is more important than anything else. I think Peyton scaling back his salary and seeing where that got him was a factor.
