Hoby Brenner, I used to call him old brick hands. But his last 2 or three seasons were great, he was great those years, but in his early years he would drop a lot of balls.
Wesley Walls... now that\'s a different story. Why did we ever send that guy to Carolina and what were we thinking? Does anyone remember because all I know is that he\'s beat our butts a few time. BTW- does anyone wanna bet Carolina gets its second win again the Saints this year?? when we play them |

And how can you knock on Hoby Brenner. Best TE the Saints have ever had. He made more one-handed circus catches than any other player ever to wear the black and gold - not bad for a guy with stone hands! |

WhoDat,
He was bad in his first few years, I think he started back in \'81. His first 2 years were not good but after that he made catches but droped some key balls (they bounced off his brick hands). But he built up to be our finest TE ever as he made the pro-bowl in 1987. Don\'t get me wrong, I\'d take him back in a second. But I like Boo, he gets better as time goes on. |
