Re: Robert Quin (Rams DE) Bushrod vs Brown
Are you saying all penalties are mental or just pre snap? Cause I don't think all penalties are mental. It can be anywhere from bad technique to flat out getting beat and doing what you can do and hope u don't get caught. In that game, it was all the above.

Re: Robert Quin (Rams DE) Bushrod vs Brown
I said Browns penalties were mental. Brown had 4 penalties 2 holding and 2 illegal use of hands. These guys know what they are doing, and bad technique is mental.
A lot of people didn't have their head in the game last week New Orleans Saints @ St. Louis Rams - 12/15/2013 - NFL Penalty Stats Tracker - List/Statistics/Data of NFL Penalties - 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 |

I think the offense has communication issues in road games that make the o-line as a whole look a lot worse than they really are.
I don't care for Brown, never have, happy to see Armstead or Strief or whoever step into his place. I just think people are overstating things a little bit in regards to how bad he's played at times. |

Bushrod is better than these two sorry son of wow wow we have on our team. Bushrod isn't one of the best tackles in the league but Brown hasn't showed me a damn thing since we drafted him and Streif is it me are this guy can't move at all.

Putting Bryce Harris in didn't help much either so we shouldn't hope he is any sort of an answer.
Brown in 48 snaps LT 2 sacks 2 hits and 1 hurry up Harris 46 snaps RT 1 sack 1 hit 4 Hurry ups |

Re: Robert Quin (Rams DE) Bushrod vs Brown
I imagine this is the reason Payton is playing Armstead instead of Strief at left tackle. At least you know Strief will pretty much hold down the right side, so even if Armstead sucks at least you know you've only got to worry about one side instead of both.

Expect us to run left and keep their DE/DT home.
