Re: Are we tough enough?
The climate in Charlotte overall is about the exact same climate we have here. That crowd isn't much of a factor because most of the Charlotte population are transplants and fans of other teams. A few have adopted the Panthers as their second team, but will shut up if we get ahead early.

Re: Are we tough enough?
Feeling strong win or lose. The Saints that show up tomorrow will be the real McCoy. If the Panthers think they are going to be able to push us around they are going to find out early Payton has put the issue at the apex of things that had to be dealt with. It's going to be a good game folks, no doubt about it. This is for all the marbles.

It will be a good barometer for us heading into the playoffs.
In my opinion for this game our Coaching staff beats theirs! |

Re: Are we tough enough?
Tomorrow we are going to see some real junk yard dog fighting going on, not just with us either. There are 3-4 games I really want to watch for the first time this season.

Re: Are we tough enough?
If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be here. But, I'm going to cut you some slack, just because, there is no question that we could lose tomorrow.
But, are we tough enough, in general? Um, yeah. |

Re: Are we tough enough?
Look, the Panthers have beaten these "SCARY" opponents this year: Vikings, Bucs, Falcons, Rams, Dolphins, 49ers, Pats & Jets. The last 3 are the only ones who really count. They played the Pats & Jets at home. They did play the 49ers at their house and won. Good job. We beat the Bears at their house.
If we had had that schedule, especially the Pats and Jets at home -- we would be looking MUCH better than we do. I think we are better than the Panthers. We shall see tomorrow. |

Re: Are we tough enough?
Sharper was saying today that whenever the Saints got on a plane there was always a bad feeling or something to that effect. Maybe somebody should tell him that the home team wins almost 60% of the time in the NFL. It's not just the Saints.

Re: Are we tough enough?
I am tough enough. Oh you mean the Saints.
Of course they are tough enough. We lost at Jets because the corner back got into Graham. We lost to the Rams because we lacked composure at the start and gave the ball away. |
