Sean Payton learned NOTHING from today's loss. I learned plenty.

I'm beginning to think that they don't view losing games on film, just move on to the next challenge.

Brees looked confused again at times. Im sure because of the pressure, but throwing picks and giving the opposing team a short field for points in 3 games this year for a loss is ridicules. Brees needs to start throwing the ball away or take the sack. His game management is really bad sometimes. Brees lost this game.
Panthers are not a top NFC team. Their offense is horrible, and if they are in the SB, its assured the AFC with win it.

Brees is 17-14 since signing his $100 million contract.
Works out to $2.5 mil per win

I hate to keep piling it on but the fact they he said we played well today including his offense is a slap in the face to fans. If he considers that inconsistent mess of an offense on the road playing well I just don't know what to say. I do agree the defense played well and don't fault them for today's loss. They played their buts off even after losing KV.

Payton and Brees need to look in the mirror if we're going to do anything in the playoffs (if we make the playoffs).

Anyone else kinda tired of seeing our players try to juke everybody for zero yards instead of trying to plow upfield for 4 or 5 more yards?

You don't juke one of the fastest LB corps in the NFL. You cut up-field and take what you can get.

ahh the catch 22 when you dump that much money into a QB. lets face facts the saints were not ready to tie that much of the cap into a QB. not saying he is not worth it just saying we did not have the quality of deth to make the move.

another year hand tied before he can restructure the deal. unless drew voids the contract and get a new one.

can they still do that or did the nfl do away with that move?

Brees is an amazing QB and is most of the reason our franchise won a superbowl and has been successful

That being said, his 100 mil has become a detriment to the team and has made it so we cant make a big signing in a key area

We need a stud signing for the O line and brees getting paid has not only stopped us from doing that, but its also put us in a bad situation for jimmy grahams contract
