Yeah, Danno, and we wonder why we're the road underdog. Philly won their last 4 at home averaging 34 points while giving up 17.

Why replace Jenkins? He and Vaccaro compliment each other, unlike Harper with either player. Plus RR's scheme depends on defensive flexibility and both Vaccaro and Jenkins are versatile enough to slide inside and cover the slot. The only thing I would do is find a true 3-4 DE to allow Junior to focus on pass rushing and another CB. The pressure defense means you need CB's who can play on an island.

Saints bring 4th ranked defense into Philadelphia. Boom!

Two young ILBs in Rufus and Reddick, 2-3 years away from starting

Need another S and CB (likely via free agency)

Draft OL & DL

WR to replace Meachem - Jordan Matthews or Odell Beckham Jr.

No need to draft a Wr IMO We still got Morgan sitting resting those acl's. And plus Stills is better at the speed Wr than Meachem anyway. We solidify the line and our corners I'd be scared. Imagine if we could've played the season with Butler and the only person I see us replacing soon is Colston if Toon doesn't work out.

Great job all around.

Missing stat: # of players that have hurdled over Malcolm Jenkins due to poor tackling technique

Horrible tackling on their one highlight of the night.... Btw what a difference the loss of vaccaro makes.... Underwood went right through the secondary....

Team
4th, total defense - 305.7 ypg (only .2 ypg away from 3rd actually)
4th, points allowed - 19 ppg
2nd, pass defense - 194.1 ypg
14th, QB rating allowed - 83.6
19th, rush defense 111.6 ypg
4th, sacks - 49.0 (wow)
5th, touchdowns allowed (33)
8th, third down pct (35%)

Individuals
Jordan 5th in NFL with 12.5 sacks
Galette 5th in NFL with 12.0 sacks
Lofton 16th in NFL with 125 tackles
Hawthorne 91 tackles, 3.0 sacks
Hicks 56 tackles, 4.5 sacks
Haralson 30 tackles, 3.5 sacks
Vaccaro 79 tackles, 1 sack, 1 INT
Lewis 47 tackles, 4 INT
M Jenkins 68 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 2 INT

A big hand for this defense, they really got it done this year.

The threads I could bump would make this thread glorious.

If drew restructures and jimmy doesn't try and over do it maybe we can keep Moore I'm sure he'd restructure anyway. Nothing like being in a familiar team that is good.

Someone is gone after this season...

WR
Colston
Meachem
Moore
Stills
Toon
Morgan

Ive a feeling Moore will be traded and replaced by Stills, Toon will be gone, and Meachem will be gone.

There is also a good possibility that Morgan will be gone also as he will be a free agent. Morgan has been with us 3 years has not had a completely healthy season yet.. In a nut shell we paid 1.3M for 10 catches.

The reds go and we pick up new Receivers.

Thats quite a turnaround. I think Meachem stays at vet minimum until someone takes his spot. Replacing 4 of your 6 receivers in one season is tough.
