I read an interesting article a while back on CBS sports as it related to the interview/hiring of unproven OC... "Outlier rule - always be open to new ideas" Some NFL owners are looking for innovative coaches (which I think Pete is) & one that is open to new ideas. Mike McCarthy and Mike Tomlin come to mind.
