No, in fact no plays shouldn't be included in challenges.

I don't like the idea of challenging penalties, but I do think the refs should be trained to be more consistent with the calls...

I'm not saying give teams MORE challenges. A coach would still have to decide if it is worth challenging or not; the same rules would still apply. |

Officiating needs to be done by a group of people looking at screens of clips recorded by camera, I do believe penalties should be open for challenge.

I can kind of agree with this. If the NFL didn't have to make such a dramatic display of challenges - refs running to view under the booth(silly).
