Norv Turner ... Are his days in O town numbered?
Very Possible....I heard that davis is very dissapointed with his team this year..and may entertain offers to come in and coach this team...dude..norv turner could make the Saints respectable...he is a seasoned..and respected coach...his offensive mind may be the route we need to go...i know this is way out on a limb...but..you gotta keep them ears open man...i think alot of the problem witht he saints right now is that haslett and crew have focused so much on the future..they are letting the present day slip by...they keep drafting for potential..and we need a coach who can draft players...norv turner can draft players...

Norv Turner ... Are his days in O town numbered?
I dunno if I want Norv coaching the Saints, but he sure looks in jeopardy in Oakland. In his postgame interview last week (courtesy of NFL Network, if you ain\'t got it GET IT), Norv looked like a beaten man. He whimpered about all phases of his team, and seemed like he\'d already given up himself. It\'s possible the Saints could use him, but right now his confidence appears pretty shaken. Not sure we wouldn\'t be better off keeping Haslett (so long as he hires some new assistants!).

I\'d prefer a defensive minded coach, who could bring in an offensive guru as coordinator. Now, Crennel at the helm w/ Norv calling the O, that\'d be a dream.

gotta agree with you Dberce,
Norv Tuner will always be a fantastic O. Coordinator. he could get 1500 yards out Johnathan Sullivan at Tailback |

How about Wannstedt as HC with Norv as OC, Wanny\'s best year was with Turner as his OC and maybe even see if Jimmy Johnson wants a crack at just being a GM with Loomis demoted to a cap guy or team accountant.
