Peter King gushed about rookie tackle and the way he handled Trent Cole I really didn't pay much attention to him and that usually is a good thing for a OL player . I have high hopes for Armstead. Our OL needs tweaking.

Good to see him stepping up.
If we can re - sign Streif and the two guards can stay healthy a top notch center in the draft or st least a real camp competition for the spot and the line looks good. |

I'm glad to see him improve. Hope it continues. He looks like Jamaal Brown, who was absolute beast for us.
I believe we'll beat Seattle. New Orleans 28 Seattle 20 |

Re: T.Armestead praised in MMQB
Armstead does remind me a lot of Jammal Brown as a young guy. Not huge, just average size for a left tackle, but really really strong and powerful. Love this kid as the future anchor of the o-line.

Re: T.Armestead praised in MMQB
Only thing is, Armstead is a lot more athletic than Jammal Brown was. That is a very good thing for the Saints.
