We traded Ivory for a 4th. But that is different, he was under contract for another year via signed restricted free agency. Compensatory picks are for unrestricted FA who leave.

I can't believe there are still some of you who actually believe we draft based on position of need.

BEST PLAYER AVAILABLE...

The problem with drafting on need is we are forced to take a certain player and they may not even be the top 3 at their position. We'd still end up in the same position we are in... still in need of an upgrade.

Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State

if not go with BPA objective as that is. we are not desperate

We just need an all around, dynamic playmaker in the 1st. The need for corner can be taken care of in free agency.
