Corey White
Not sure what kind of response i will get from this post, but He has to start packing or at the very least push him further down the depth chart. Im not the guy that usually calls for heads when a bad play is made, but I have consistently watched this kid disappoint all year long. He has no ability to locate or play the ball once its in the air and i can only recall one time that i have seen instincts like that from him(atlanta falcons game last season when he pulled the INT down from a no name wr). He was beat repeatedly this season by any WR he was placed on, good or bad. Best example was again playing the falcons in week 12 when he faced off against a little known undrafted Darius Johnson that had his number all night. The jumpball play to Doug baldwin this week was just ridiculous and could have been a difference
Maker late in the game. Corey never turned around or bothered to even locate the ball even after his comments this week about "making more plays when the opportunity is there." We have some decisions to make this off season with Jimmy, Malcolm, Zach, Charles, Parys, Brian, etc. I'd love to sign a great corner(Alterraun Verner) to pair with Keenan for the future but i just dont see alot happening with the financial issues we'll have this off season. CB, OL, LB are definitive needs this draft. Can i get some input on anyones thoughts? Still Whodat all day guys. Cant wait for next year once this Defense has a whole season under their belts of Robs scheme |

Re: Corey White
basically he is a rookie thrown in the fire (10 starts)
I don't think he beats out a healthy Greer or Robinson, but he adds depth |

Re: Corey White
White will be a great CB for us. All his problems come from not turning to see the ball. He is afraid to take his eyes off of the WR. That issue can be coached though, trust me he has the makings of a great CB.

Re: Corey White
I've been saying he was bad for weeks. You can't tell people on this site anything critical about the team or your considered to be a pessimistic fan but fact is The guy is just awful.

Re: Corey White
Definitely better as a Safety but even at that the kid has to learn to turn around and locate the ball or it wont matter. Needs to follow keenan around all off season and soak up all he can.

Re: Corey White
He has some things to improve on for sure, but his potential is through the roof.
